Division 2 Hurling League Final
Clodiagh Gaels 1-23 Clara 1-11. Well done to the players and management as we claimed the league title with a 12 point winning margin. It was nip and tuck for 55 minutes of the game until we pulled away scoring 1-8 in the last 5 minutes to seal the victory. Our next outing is championship in a little over a month.

Inter-County Championship
Hard luck to Dylan Hyland and the Offaly footballers who lost out Cavan on Saturday in the 3rd round of the Tailteann Cup. Attention turns to Wexford on Saturday in the Tailteann Cup Preliminary Quarter Final. The game takes place in Glenisk O’Connor Park at 4pm.
Commiserations to Ruairi Dunne, Kieran Coonan and their Offaly U20 teammates as they lost out Cork in the All Ireland Final on Sunday in a great game of hurling.
