Senior B Hurling Championship Round 5
Clodiagh Gaels 1-21 Birr 0-20. Well done to our lads who qualified for the semi final after a win against Birr on Saturday evening. Cathal Brady scored our goal in the first half to see us on our way. It was a cracking game for a neutral and the win sets us up to play Carrig & Riverstown who we already drew with in the group stage.
Junior A Hurling Championship Round 5
Clodiagh Gaels 1-13 Belmont 0-20. Hard luck to the juniors who gave a good account of themselves in Moystown. A goal in injury time from Ryan Kinahan brought us within 4 points. We face Kilcormac-Killoughey in two weeks at the quarter final stage
