Senior B Hurling Championship Round 1
Clodiagh Gaels 1-19 Clara 1-17. We get our campaign underway with a win after a ferocious battle in Glenisk O’Connor Park. The game was nip and tuck throughout but a late Conor Langton goal swung the game in our favour. The win was all the more impressive as we were playing with 14 players for 40 minutes. We are out against Birr in two weeks in the next round.
Junior A & Junior B Hurling Championship Round 1
We received walkovers from Carrig & Riverstown and Drumcullen in the first round of the Junior A and Junior B Hurling Championship.
