Division 2 Hurling League Round 1

Clodiagh Gaels 0-11 Carrig & Riverstown 1-12. A defeat for the lads in round 1 of the league. We go in search of our first win in two weeksagainst Drumcullen.

Clodiagh Gaels 1-5 Edenderry 2-11. Another tough day at the office today but a positive of todays defeat was the introduction of a number of players making their hurling league debuts over the weekend. Congratulations to John Greene, Aaron Dunne, Michael Corcoran, Colm Russell, Ronan Brophil, David Murray and Billy Kelly.

Well done to Joey and the Offaly senior hurlers following a comprehensive win against Carlow on Saturday. Best of luck to the Offaly footballers who are due to play Tipperary this Saturday evening. The Offaly senior hurlers face Kildare this coming Sunday. A win will see Offaly qualify for a place in the Division 2 Hurling League Final.
