Leinster Intermediate Hurling Quarter Final
Clodiagh Gaels 1-10 Lisdowney 3-23. Well done to Lisdowney who progress to the Leinster Semi Final after defeating us on Saturday down in Nowlan Park. It was a spirited effort from our lads who never gave in even when things were going against us late on. We were trailing by 6 points with 15 minutes to go and the floodgates opened as Lisdowney scored 3 goals and tagged on a number of points to put us well out of sight. We got a conciliation goal a couple of minutes from the end of the game from Pat Lyons.
We would like to thank our players for the time and effort they have given all year. A big thanks to our management team of Ollie, Paddy, Brian, Johnny and Conal for all their hard work and the countless hours of work put in outside of the field to prepare the lads to be their best on the field. Thanks to Deccy for keeping the lads strapped up and making sure they’d take to the field. That’s it now until next year.

Condolences
We pass on our deepest sympathies to the Kelly family on the sad passing of Joe. Joe has been a great club man and followed Killeigh and later Clodiagh Gaels where he followed his grandchildren who lined out in various grades throughout the years. We extend our condolences to our chairman Adam Kinahan and players Kevin Kinahan, Sean Rattigan, Ryan Kinahan and Aaron Rattigan.
